After successfully making an article about the network and hard drive, it's time now ttcom make an article about the process of installing windows from the flash that contains the setup files windows xp. In the process of installing windows xp in the flash in the previous step with software flashboot 2.0b portable using windows 98 startup so that need to be prepared is the file type C: partition (the drive where Windows is installed) must support DOS file system that is FAT/FAT32. So should format the C: drive with the FAT32 type for the computer to install windows from Flasdisk.
But if you forget to format the active partition to FAT32, Flashboot myself have added the program FDISK to create partitions that can be executed at first boot.

Before starting the steps to install windows xp from flash, prepare first a flash that already contains the windows setup file that was created with software flashboot portable.Cara 2.0b easily create windows xp usb flash. If the flash is made, follow the step by step install windows xp from flashhdisk:
  1. Restart the computer, then boot from the flash bios Set.
  2. Wait until the exit window Flashboot setup wrapper for windows 2000/XP.
  3. Select Install Windows. If out the window "There are no partitions for Windows 2000/XP Usable setup at the moment. Some please create DOS partitions first. "That means your C: drive (which will be installed windows) is not formatted into the system FAT/FAT32 and partitions not activated. Press the "ESC" to return to the previous menu.
  4. Select "Edit partitions" to start using the FDISK program. Then type Y and press Enter at the confirmation window Fdisk.
  5. Select sequence 1 -> 1 -> Y to begin creating the partition for windows.
  6. To form the partition C: with FAT32 file system, then press ESC. Then select no. 2. Set Active partition to enable your C: drive that was created in step 5. then press the ESC key again to return to the main menu.
  7. Exit FDISK program and the computer will restart. Make sure the computer at boot again from the flash. If the window has appeared Flashboot wrapper (as in step No. 2) now select no. 2. Install Windows and then select the disk C: and press Enter to install Windows XP to drive C:.
  8. Answer Y if there is a warning to format drive C:. Wait for the system will reformat drife C: and press Enter again.
  9. Then will come out the windows of Windows XP Home / Professional Setup. Wait until 100% of the system is copying the necessary files to the hard disk.
  10. If the windows file copy process is complete, the program will ask for restart. Up here the flash is not needed anymore, Press Enter and pull the stick from the computer to the computer to boot from the disk (the BIOS settings again if the pc fails to boot from the hard drive).
  11. Do not forget to unplug the flash before restarting it prevents boot into the flash that will result in the return process from the beginning again. After the computer restarts and booting from the hard drive, the monitor will display the windows setup windows xp. Press Enter to begin installing windows.
  12. Then press the F8 key on the Windows XP Licensing Agreement window.
  13. Then select drive C: and press Enter (select the disk partition for the placement of your windows operating system)
  14. Select Convert the partition to NTFS (more recommended), then press Enter. then press C.
  15. After that wait for windows XP installation process to complete. Until this step, you just follow the instructions that appear on the screen monitor until the finish.
If windows ask for restart again later, restart it and boot from the hard drive is normal. To remember is to boot from the flash is only for copying files to disk. After that flahsdisk not needed anymore (until step no. 10). Please try good luck.
